Accommodation Dashboard

The  Accommodation dashboard provides users with details of their accommodation with departure dates in the selected date range.  This will include hotel bookings which have departure dates in the date range but may have been invoiced in a different date range and hotel bookings which are uninvoiced but with departure dates in the date range selected.

It also contains a mapping feature which allows users to drill down on hotel expenditure within specific locations and a table which allows users to search for individual hotels, countries and locations. 

The data in this table is displayed based on the date of service.

Across the top of this dashboard you can view the total cost of accommodation booked, number of room nights and overnight trips without accommodation in the blue container.  In the green container, statistical data is shown and the red container shows the percentage of booking which have been made online.

Hover over the Accommodation Spend by Month columns to view the $ spend by month.

Zoom in and out of the Accommodation Bookings by Location graphic and hover over each dot to reveal the name of the location and the number of bookings.  Click on the dot to view data by location including property name, room nights, expenditure and average room rate.

The final table on this dashboard, the Accommodation Spend Analysis by Location, can be sorted by country, location, hotel name, spend, room nights, etc.  

Clicking into any cell in the table will bring up the data behind that row listing booking reference, traveller name, cost centre, arrival and departure dates, room nights, ancillary spend and total spend.
