Overnight Trips without Accommodation

A feature which allows users to track and view overnight bookings that don't contain an accommodation booking made through the travel management company.

The feature is available on the accommodation dashboard by clicking on the Overnight Trips without Accommodation link in the Accommodation Spend summary container.  Users are provided information on the booking, including booking reference, itinerary summary, traveller name, departure date, duration, destination and the person who made the booking.  This can be downloaded as a csv file or sent directly to your printer.

Notes: 

The Overnight Trips without Accommodation % is the number of overnight trips without accommodation divided by the number of overnight trips.  Please note also that uninvoiced Hotel bookings are loaded into Travel Analytics based on service date rather than booking date. This could very well mean that forward bookings have uninvoiced hotel line items that won't be loaded until the service date of the booking.
