Traveller Dashboard

The Traveller dashboard provides details of the number of travellers v number of bookings and gives statistical information on trip frequency and traveller compliance, lost savings and average cost of change per traveller across the top boxes.  You can also drill down into an individual trip to view all the transactions associated with that trip.

The Travel Spend Analysis by Individual Traveller provides the travel spend by individual traveller detailing cost centre, number of trips, total spend, cost of change and compliance.

Click on a traveller name within the table and a new table will open displaying a summary of traveller's trips (see below).  You can also search for a traveller by typing the travellers name into the search tool at the top of the table.  This data table can be downloaded into csv format via the Download button. 

Tip: The dashboard will only display data within the date range you have selected.  If a trip doesn't contain all of the data you need, amending the dates to select a broader date range will allow you to view further details of the booking.

Clicking on a booking reference will expand the view to display the details of the trip, including a summary of the itinerary, policy compliance, invoice and ticket numbers, the cost of the flight, accommodation, rental car, fees charged by the travel management company for making the booking and any details to changes to the booking.

Click on the Print button to print or save the document as a .pdf.

Terminology:

Average Lost Savings per Traveller is an average across the date range which indicates what the company is forfeiting per traveller in cost saving for not choosing the lowest available fare within the reporting period.
