Travel Analytics Update
2 October 2019
The Travel Analytics Development team have been busy pushing out a few updates in Mark II. In this update:
- Printable report colour schemes
- Lost savings configuration option
- Traveller merging update
Printable report colour schemes
Administrators can now update the colour schemes on the printable reports. If you navigate to Admin > Settings and click on the Client Specific tab, you will see two colour palettes: Background Colour and Text Colour.
Clicking on the background colour palette allows you to specify the colour of the title page background, bar graph and the heading trim within the content pages. The text colour allows you to specify the colour of the text on the title page of the report (good if you need to add a dark text colour to a lighter background).
You can either select the colour from the preset palette or enter a hex number to render the exact colour you require.
This new feature will allow you to set your corporate colour scheme to the printable (powerpoint) reports. The setting will apply globally to all customers within the TMC.
Lost savings configuration options
Administrators now have the option to display lost savings for policy codes within the customer data.
For example, if your customer uses Complies With Policy policy code in their data and you wish to display the lost saving data, you can do this by checking the Display the Lost Savings setting in the Travel Policies set up.
Simply navigate to Data Editing > Travel Policies and select the customer you want to update. Click on the policy description and check the 'Display as lost saving' checkbox and click OK to display the lost savings data in Travel Analytics.
Traveller Merging
We have updated the traveller merging configuration to improve the response times for merging duplicate traveller data. This update is applicable for larger customers (i.e. 3000+ profiles) where users were experiencing delays in the merging of the data.
Bug fixes
A few little bug fixes that will put a smile on your face.
- A fix has been applied to allow users to download raw data when the international or domestic filters are applied in the location setting.
- Customer name is now shown on the title page of the printable report when you select a specific customer within a customer group.
- Consultant and booked by data has been mapped correctly within the downloadable raw data reports.

We continue to update our help pages within Travel Analytics to help you learn more about the features within the application. A link to the help pages is located at the bottom of the menu bar of all of the dashboards.
