Decimal Places

The Travel Analytics team deployed an update overnight adding decimal places to dollar values and average calculations within the dashboards.  The update applies to all dashboards and data throughout the application.

Travel Summary

Within the Traveller dashboard, you can now drill down into an individual trip to view all the transactions associated with the trip.

To check it out, log into Travel Analytics and click on the Traveller link within the side menu.

Click on a traveller name within the table and a new table will open displaying a summary of traveller’s trips (see below).  You can also search for a traveller by typing the traveller names into the search tool at the top of the table.

Tip: The dashboard will only display data within the date range you have selected.  If a trip doesn't contain all of the data you need, amending the dates to select a broader date range will allow you to view further details of the booking.

Clicking on a booking reference will expand the view to display the details of the trip, including a summary of the itinerary, policy compliance, invoice and ticket numbers, the cost of the flight, accommodation, rental car, fees charged by the travel management company for making the booking and any details to changes to the booking.

Using your mouse, you can also right-click on the page and print or save the document as a .pdf.
