Traveller Dashboard
We have updated the traveller dashboard to allow users to drill into and view individual transactions within a booking.
For example, if you want to review bookings for an individual traveller, simply navigate to the traveller dashboard and type the traveller's name into the table search bar (see below).
Clicking on the traveller name will open a modal displaying a summary of all the traveller's bookings (see below).
Click on the booking reference to display details of individual transactions within the booking including, summaries of the charges, policy compliance, lost savings, changes (refunds, additional charges (adcols) and exchanges) and details of the charges.
New Icons
We have added new icons beside text headings where users are able to click to open a table to view additional information. There are two links to look out for: Cost of Change within the summary dashboard and Overnight Trip without Accommodation within the accommodation dashboard.
PowerPoint Review Document
We have released a review document that provides a summary of the organisations' travel expenditure in PowerPoint format. To run the report, simply navigate to the download reports link within the Reports menu, set the dates you need the report for (using the date filters), then select the Printable Report option from the items in the drop-down list. A report emailed to you shortly after you click on the download button.
Help
We continue to update our help pages within Travel Analytics to help you learn more about the features within the application. A link to the help pages is located at the bottom of the menu bar of all of the dashboards.
