Deactivating Users

To deactive a users, you need access to the User Management screen via the Admin menu.

This will bring up a list of users with access to TA.

Click the 'deactivate' option in the right hand column.  This will bring up a 'Confirm' pop up.  If you are sure, click on 'OK' otherwise cancel this action.  

Once a user has been deactivated, they can be reinstated by contacting TA support team.
